Diet for weak bones

My doctor has told me that I have weak bones. What do I need to eat to make my bones strong?

Try to eat foods with lots of calcium and vitamin D.

What foods have Calcium?

         *Whole Wheat cereal

         *Soybeans

         *Pita bread

         *Whole wheat dinner rolls

         *Brown Rice

What foods have Vitamin D?

 Vitamin D is in milk, eggs and fish like tuna and salmon. Our skin can

 also make vitamin D with the help of sunlight.
